Fitness Center
Located inside the Fountain Inn Activities and Senior Center, the Fitness Center is complete with four treadmills, Rowing Machine, two recumbent bikes, free weights, kettle bells, BOSU balls, yoga balls, Thera Bands, and Nautilus equipment; Leg press, Lat pull down, Chest press, Leg lift, Bicep/Tricep Curl
Availability
The Fitness Center is reserved for individuals age 55+ Monday-Friday, 7:00a-Noon, and available for use to individuals under age 55 as well as 55+, Monday-Friday, Noon-4:00p, that have an active fitness enrollment. Bootcamp and Conditioning group fitness classes are included with your membership.
Fitness Enrollment
If you decide to enroll, you can do so by visiting the Recreation Catalog Page. Just create an account and find the Fitness Enrollment tab. Memberships for individuals under age 55 is $15.00 per month and memberships for individuals over age 55 is free. Children under the age of 15 are not allowed in the fitness center, and only children between the ages of 15 and 17 that have an active enrollment may use the fitness center if an adult, 18 years or older is accompanying the minor, also has an active enrollment.

Conditioning Classes incorporate the use of the weight machines, free weights, Bosu balls, stability exercise balls, and steps. Each class consists of a 5 minute warm-up followed by 20-25 minutes of conditioning exercises and ends with stretching and or abdominal exercises.
Boot Camp Classes are high intensity workouts, (This class is not recommended for beginners or participants with knee and lower back problems.) These use a variety of drills with varying difficulties. Exercises are both static and explosive and work towards both aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. This class begins with a 5 minute warm-up and moves into a high impact exercise segment that is meant to challenge participants to their max. Tuesday night class is an hour and both Wednesday and Friday mornings are 45 minutes.
