Conditioning Classes incorporate weight machines, free weights, Bosu balls, stability exercise balls, and steps. Each class consists of a 5-minute warm-up followed by 20-25 minutes of conditioning exercises and ends with stretching and or abdominal exercises.

Boot Camp Classes are high-intensity workouts (This class is not recommended for beginners or participants with knee and lower back problems.)  These use a variety of drills with varying difficulties. Exercises are static and explosive and work towards aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. This class begins with a 5-minute warm-up and moves into a high-impact exercise segment to challenge participants to their max. Tuesday night class is an hour, and both Wednesday and Friday mornings are 45 minutes.
