Use the SeeClickFix app below to request assistance with City services or report problems, such as potholes, graffiti, broken sidewalks, storm drain issues, traffic signal/sign problems, special pick-up of dumped items, codes violations, etc.  

The City will acknowledge newly submitted issues and forward them to the appropriate City departments to take care of the requests. Users will receive email updates and can come back here to check the status of submitted issues. When the issue is resolved, the issue can be closed. Separate issues should be submitted as separate SeeClickFix reports.

Law enforcement issues (illegal parking or other activities, noise ordinance violations, etc.) need to be reported directly to the Fountain Inn Police Department by calling 864-862-4461 (for non-emergencies) or 911 (for emergencies.)

Environmental Assessment
Land Conversion at Diamond Tip Boulevard and Shaw Street/Valley View Road and SC Highway 14 

The City of Fountain Inn has prepared a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) analyzing the potential environmental consequences from the conversion of 6.836 acres of a park located at Diamond Tip Boulevard and Shaw Street to allow for future residential growth.  To compensate for the conversion of these park lands, the City is planning to develop a park that consist of 5.317 acres located at Valley View Road and SC Highway 14. 

A copy of the Draft EA will be available at City Hall, located at 200 North Main Street, from January 7, 2020 to February 6, 2020.  If you have comments on this Draft EA, please provide them by February 6, 2020 end of business day.
