Household Pickups 2026

Pickup Dates: May 4 - May 21.  No Friday Pick-ups.

As part of our commitment to keeping Fountain Inn clean and beautiful, our Public Works team dedicates an entire month to helping residents dispose of bulky household items not included in regular sanitation pickup. Residents must register to secure their scheduled pickup date.

You MUST register to participate. 

Preparation Details: 

  • A Public Works crew will collect the approved items on your scheduled day.
  • Non-approved items will be left on the side of the road and considered a Code violation.
  • One pickup per household
  • Items must be curbside by 7:00 AM on your assigned day
  • City staff cannot assist with moving items
  • Only approved items will be collected
  • Items need to be placed at least 3 feet away from parked vehicles, mailboxes and poles, and garbage containers.  
  • Missed pickups will NOT be rescheduled

Important Notice: 

Spring Cleaning runs throughout May only. Starting June 1, any bulk items left out will become a Code Enforcement issue.
